Anna Louise Williams specializes in support during times of uncertainty and transition. Through each stage of life—navigating the independence and self-expression of transitioning from teen to young adult, blossoming into parenthood, and the tumultuous challenges of later years—Anna Louise understands that life’s only constant is change. She knows that health and wellness—physical, mental, and spiritual—have to adapt to the person and the time.

Anna Louise is no stranger to change and uncertainty and approaches her sessions with built-in compassion and understanding. Born and raised in the north of England, Anna Louise moved to the United States in 2007 with little more than a job and a suitcase of clothing. Over the subsequent 15 years, she found herself in constant flux, changing jobs and states multiple times while becoming a mother and a wife. 

Along the way Anna Louise developed a deep love of Vedic studies. She holds certifications in the power, yin and children’s disciplines of yoga, which she has taught since 2012. In 2014, she became an Urban Zen Integrative Therapist through which she had the privilege to provide comfort at an end-of-life hospice center in NY to patients, staff and families and to the families of premature babies on a NICU ward in Brooklyn.

Ayurvedic and Jyotish studies were a natural progression for Anna Louise as she continues to expand her knowledge, completing her Jyotish certification with Sam Geppi in 2021 and her AWCP certification with Sevanti Institute in 2023.
