Team Practice at Sevanti Wellness

The Sevanti Wellness Team Practice offers a professional peer community, ongoing professional development, mentorships, and the virtual tools needed to raise competency and make your practice experience more enjoyable and successful. We can offer you more knowledge, skills, and the confidence to do what you love. The flame of learning and connectedness should not end when you graduate. In a sense, graduation is really just the beginning.

Our team practice serves as a lifeline to those who work in solo home-based practices. Your practice reflects you and the skills you bring to your clients. Will you maintain the inspiration you have in your study courses? Will light surround your practice, or will it feel like you are practicing in the dark? Will your skills be challenged and inspired to grow, or will they fade? How confident are you in your assessments? When you have questions about a client case, do you have people to lean into?

Rather than initiating your practice within a solo practice environment, you are welcome to establish your practice here at Sevanti Wellness, where you will benefit from peer community support and a team practice environment. Practitioners will have access to peer support, monthly team meetings, mentorship programs, online booking platforms with direct deposit features, and Slack communications. Most importantly, you will be surrounded by other practitioners and continue to learn from more experienced practitioners as you grow more confident in your practice.
